New movie added to the Cinemabox. Why do I keep saying ‘new’, new for 1920! So it’s 90 years old, so what? Fresh as a morning breeze, over a mummy tomb. This time the poor naked bachelor (Keaton) looses his clothes to a mad dog, and hides himself in a scarecrow’s suit. All while trying to win over the love of his life, and defeat his rival, and her objecting father. There even a little political humor in this one. The Scarecrow has been added as a feature, enjoy- I sure did!
In the first feature, just in case you’ve been living in a cave for 5 months- in the first Feature (Neighbors), Buster causes all kind of the trouble for the whole neighborhood, with just a simple love note, that always seem to be in the wrong hands, at the right moment.
Big Buck Bunny fill this Buster Sandwich, still. Just in case you thought the meadow was a friendly place to live, because of butterflies, squirrels and rabbits- think again!
